Through the 1990s and into the 2000s, my focus evolved toward business administration and management, drawn by a deep desire to understand how organizations truly function, grow, and sustain themselves. That passion deepened further in the 2010s and 2020s, as I pursued graduate-level studies in business administration and management research.
Over the course of this journey, I have had the privilege of earning four degrees — two undergraduate and two graduate, including an MBA and a PhM. I do not share this lightly, as these credentials represent not achievement for its own sake, but years of dedicated effort to better understand the mechanics of business development, operational efficiency, and strategic management.
Today, I am in the final six months of doctoral research, completing my life's work centered on Mo²E™. This framework represents the culmination of everything I have studied and experienced — a practical, research-grounded contribution designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) build stronger, more efficient, and more sustainable operations.
My deepest motivation is not academic recognition, but the opportunity to translate decades of learning into practical knowledge that empowers SME owners, strengthens businesses, and contributes meaningfully to the communities and society they serve.

My professional experience has been built from the ground up — earned through four decades of hands-on work across a remarkably diverse range of industries. I did not learn these trades and disciplines from the sidelines; I worked within them directly, developing practical skills through real-world challenges, problem-solving in the field, and taking full ownership of the work at every level.
My career spans sales, marketing, building construction, commercial swimming pool construction, aluminum construction and fabrication, mechanical engineering, architectural design, research and development, administration, business development, real estate, real estate appraisal, property management, mortgage brokerage, and both retail and wholesale supply operations. Early in my career, I built this expertise working within established companies, gaining foundational experience across multiple disciplines. Later, I applied that knowledge by founding and acquiring businesses of my own — moving from practitioner to principal, and from employee to entrepreneur.

My professional development has been deliberately pursued alongside my practical experience. I completed formal training through the Building Construction Academy in building and swimming pool construction, and through the Real Estate Academy for both real estate sales and brokerage. I earned residential and multi-family real estate appraisal certifications through the IFA, completing numerous advanced courses within their curriculum, as well as appraisal coursework through CREA. I further earned certification as a mortgage broker through the Mortgage Broker's Academy.
